The location near the station was convenient. i loved how many restaurants surrounded the hotel. the public bath on the top floor was a total treat. It felt so relaxing after a long day.

The hotel is near gotanda station. It was only a short walk. the staff was friendly and helpful. my moderate twin room was clean and had space for my bags.

helpful staff lovely views great location
The reception staff were accommodating. I appreciated them holding my luggage when i returned a few days later! the views from the lobby and my room were lovely! the location was reasonably priced and near the station.

The moderate double room offered ample space, especially by standards. It felt very comfortable! the cleanliness was really good and i appreciated the sensible light controls in the room. This helped me relax.

breakfast featured both western and japanese dishes. there was an on-site restaurant that looked perfect for dinners. a lawson's convenience store located next to the hotel provides extra convenience, i could get what i needed there.

Convenient stay near Gotanda station
convenient location easy access useful amenities attentive staff
the location was very convenient with easy access from haneda airport i appreciated its proximity to gotanda underground and bus stops. the hotel provided easy access to shinjuku making sightseeing simple i also found the amenities and shops nearby very useful. the staff were attentive making my stay run smoothly
i noticed during busy times long lines formed in front of the elevators it was sometimes difficult to get to the lobby quickly. also the room was to have not been thoroughly cleaned as i found some strands of hair on the carpet. it was a minor issue but it detracted slightly from the overall experience

the breakfast buffet offered a varied selection of dishes catering to different tastes the offerings were generally quite tasty and fresh. however i thought it could benefit from more frequent changes to the menu to add variety during longer stays

the staff members were lovely especially the cleaning ladies they were always very efficient. i felt they handled requests quickly and professionally. the front desk staff assisted me with directions and local information which was helpful

the staff was really helpful and accommodating. they held my deliveries and were very patient. i loved the ambiance in the hotel lobby, it felt very cute. the train station is about a 4-minute walk, so getting around was easy.
the room felt quite small. there was also a slight smell in the bathroom when i flushed. i also thought the lighting was very dark, so it was hard to see sometimes.

clean room helpful staff rooftop onsen convenient location
My room was very super clean and cozy. I found the staff helpful with directions and local recommendations. The rooftop onsen was a good feature (i loved this addition!). It was easy to walk to the subway and explore different areas of the city.
The elevators were a little slow during peak hours. I sometimes waited a few minutes.
